三、科研工作
1. 利用以目标為導向的基因組挖掘策略，結合基因編輯等合成生物學技術從極端微生物中發掘天然活性産物，緻力于構建高效的具有高附加值次級代謝産物（如聚酮類及萜類化合物）合成代謝工藝開發技術平台。
2. 基于多組學大數據研究微生物的重金屬抗性機制以及代謝途徑改造。
