KHOO HOCK ENG (邱福榮), 男,漢族,1981年7月生,馬來西亞華裔,祖籍福建廈門。 博士後,研究方向:天然産物活性化合物萃取與分析、功能食品的安全性評價、開發預防疾病的功能性食品和營養保健。

、科研工作

主要從事果蔬和天然産物方面的研究工作,開發富含多酚類、類胡蘿蔔素和花青素的功能性食品與營養保健品。發表科研論文六十餘篇,其中SCI收錄42篇。參與馬來西亞科學基金計劃、馬來西亞博特拉大學研究大學補助金計劃、馬來西亞博特拉大學創新發展研究基金計劃、馬來西亞教育部基本研究補助金計劃各1項;參編馬來西亞博特拉大學出版社英文專著2部、合著美國出版社英文專著2篇、馬來西亞博特拉大學出版社英文專著3篇,同行評審馬來西亞國家和國際科學手稿100 多篇,目前是《營養前沿》國際期刊的評刊編輯人員和特邀副編輯評審《營養前沿》國際期刊1篇, 獲得2017年食品化學雜志(Food Chemistry)評審傑出貢獻獎、國際會議的學術論文一等和二等獎各1項,馬來西亞營養學會、馬來西亞糖尿病協會、馬來西亞肥胖研究協會永久會員,曾入會國際類胡蘿蔔學會、國際營養保健品和功能食品協會。
